Although we recommend scheduled / regular servicing is carried out by an authorised Kia dealer or service centre, you are free to choose your own service agent. However please keep the following in mind:
- To comply with warranty conditions the vehicle must be fitted with genuine Kia replacement parts
- All lubricants and fluids must meet the specification requirements outlined in the Owner’s Manual and be documented within the invoice
- Service history may be requested by us in the event of a warranty claim for components subject to periodic maintenance
- The recommended service intervals must be observed, check your Warranty and Maintenance book for this information
- For any Warranty related repairs / inspections, the vehicle must be presented by the owner to an authorised Kia service agent
