Do I have to use a Kia authorised service centre?

*Applicable to vehicles sold before March 1st 2023. To view Warranty conditions for vehicles sold after 1/03/2023, please refer to the warranty booklet that came with your vehicle.

Although we recommend scheduled / regular servicing is carried out by an authorised Kia dealer or service centre, you are free to choose your own service agent. However please keep the following in mind:

  1. To comply with warranty conditions the vehicle must be fitted with genuine Kia replacement parts
  2. All lubricants and fluids must meet the specification requirements outlined in the Owner’s Manual and be documented within the invoice
  3. Service history may be requested by us in the event of a warranty claim for components subject to periodic maintenance
  4. The recommended service intervals must be observed, check your Warranty and Maintenance book for this information
  5. For any Warranty related repairs / inspections, the vehicle must be presented by the owner to an authorised Kia service agent
