If I sell my Kia will the new owner get the warranty?

Our 5-year warranty or up to 100,000kms (whichever is first) is transferable between owners. If you are the new owner of a used Kia purchased prior to the expiry of the Kia warranty, you are entitled to the unexpired portion of the warranty and nothing has happened to the vehicle to void, the warranty.

It's important that you make sure that all Owner's Manuals and Warranty and Maintenance guides are with the vehicle as this will be used as proof of eligibility for any warranty protection and maintenance of the vehicle. It will also be beneficial to request the full-service history, with documentation detailing replacement parts and lubricants used.
