How do I make a warranty claim?

Any warranty claim request should be submitted by the repairing authorised Kia Dealer once the vehicle has been inspected by them. The new Kia Warranty is provided and some components are subject to a maintenance schedule as required by the manufacturer. Proof of maintenance completion in accordance with manufacturer's schedule is required for any Warranty claim for components that are subject to scheduled maintenance.
