How can I request goodwill on a repair required on my Kia?

Kia Motors New Zealand will investigate any concern without via our authorised Kia service agents. Any goodwill assistance requests are required to be submitted by the authorised dealer in conjunction with Kia’s goodwill assistance policy guidelines.

Please advise the dealer to submit the required information so that this can be reviewed in full.
